The view from the balcony was stunning, but the furniture was old and worn.

the reception staff were super friendly and helpful, they upgraded us to a better room without any extra charge which was amazin! the heated pool was a nice touch and the waiters at the restaurants were really nice too. overall, it felt cozy and it was a great time with the family.

the family room was a bit cramped for four people and the decor felt kinda outdated. also, the check-in was slow and kinda frustrating.
